Leadership Overview
Gramin Mahila Netrutva Abhiyan is MWF's nationwide grassroots movement cultivating political, administrative, and social leadership among rural women. We mentor women Sarpanchs, Gram Panchayat ward members, and Self-Help Group (SHG) federations.
Through constitutional legal literacy, public financial budgeting training, digital grievance portals, and public speaking workshops, we transform passive participation into decisive democratic authority across Indian villages.
